Creating an account is optional for making a purchase. Yet, by registering with us, you can access the following benefits through your Shine by Evelyn account:

  • Track your orders and view previous purchases.
  • Request your return directly from your account.
  • Add items and sold out products to your Wishlist.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in future.

All orders are shipped from our location in Chicago, IL USA. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Subsequently, you will be notified via email with your tracking number(s) as each package departs from our location.

Your credit card will be charged at the moment you make your purchase at shinebyevelyn.com. Keep an eye on your inbox for a order confirmation email, where you'll find all the details about your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, your can contact us.

You can request to cancel your order based on its status, but we cannot add items to an existing order. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered due to technical constraints. All items from shinebyevelyn.com can be returned within 7 days. Please see our return policy for more information.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Please choose your items carefully and read all the product descriptions. However, products on SALE or purchased with a COUPON CODE are eligible for returns.

We want to assure you that Shine by Evelyn follows hygiene and sanitation guidelines set by local governing organizations. As informed by the WHO (World Health Organization) it is safe to receive packages. We advise you to visit their website for more information.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and shipped in 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Chicago, IL location.

Free Standard Shipping Orders Over $35: Your order will be delivered via UPS Ground or USPS with most being delivered in 3-5 business days from the shiped date. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates, and we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied to all orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more will qualify for free shipping.

Additional Information:

  • The flat rate shipping fee is applicable per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. Orders with many items may be shipped in multiple shipments
  • Our flat rate shipping applies to standard delivery within the United States. For expedited or international shipping options, additional charges may apply.
  • Shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Log in to your Shine by Evelyn account page to check the most up-to-date status of your order. Alternatively you can check your email for the order confirmation, which contains your order status link.

To ensure your Christmas orders arrive on time, please place them by December 14th.

Once shipped, orders cannot be altered due to technical constraints. All items from shinebyevelyn.com can be returned within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number.

shinebyevelyn.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with UPS or USPS.

Returns & Refunds

7-Day Return Policy: Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to return their order. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Notice: Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Please choose your items carefully and read all the product descriptions. However, products on SALE or purchased with a COUPON CODE are eligible for returns.

  • Returns accepted for 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned
  • Orders placed outside the USA are not eligible for returns due to high shipping costs

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns that are damaged, stained, cleaned, altered or that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.

To return one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. To start your return, click on the button above and log in using your order email.

2. Choose the items you would like to return and indicate the relevant return reasons.

3. Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label and packing slip will be emailed to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

4. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging included.

5. Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy container or in the original box that your item(s) came in. Remove any older addresses and barcodes, secure the package with tape, and affix the new shipping label to the outside.

6. For returns with UPS bring your package to a drop off location near you searchable here or organize a pick-up online through the UPS website or by phone at 1-800-782-7892

7. Your return may take up to 14 business days to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method

Please note, for gift returns the refund will be issued to the person who originally placed the order.

Currently, we don't provide an exchange services. Please return the items back to us and proceed to place a new order for the correct item through our online store. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Excessive returns violating our terms may result in flagged accounts or refusal of future orders at our discretion. Your understanding is appreciated.
